I provide three 1:1 coaching packages lasting at least 6 sessions each: Silver, Gold and Diamond.
You will pay 50% of the total cost in advance of Session 1, and 50% after Session 5.
Should you wish to book additional sessions, payment arrangements can be discussed at that point.
Silver Coaching Package
My starting package is for those who need a simple series of coaching sessions.

- monthly ‘Pitt-stop’ calls, where I check-in with you and offer support between coaching sessions.
